You’re not baked. You really did just see a massive fake potato rolling by on the highway. The Great Big Idaho Potato Truck – an oversized rendering of an Idaho spud on a flatbed truck – has been in Kansas City for the past 24 hours. Fat City regrets that we haven’t alerted you to its presence earlier, but Pitchwriter Ben Palosaari is now on the tater beat, and this post is our hope that you don’t entirely miss what can only be described as spectubular.
