Idaho Spud Truck Gears Up for New Tour

The Big Idaho Potato Truck is back on the road this year.

The Eagle-based Idaho Potato Commission’s six-ton spud on wheels is expected to cover about 28,000 miles in its seven-month 2016 tour, according to a news release.
