Here are my answers:

Thursday the 16th:
-Truck and Team to arrive into Houston around 1:00 or 2:00 p.m .   SAINT ARNOLD’S BREWERY 2000 Lyons Ave, Houston, TX 77020
-They can go right in to park at the event (let me know if the truck will be staying there overnight to move the next morning) MOVE, where are they staying, will there hotel have a place to park? They may be able to move directly to Art Car Ball.
-We will be setting up a donation Signature Board for “The Orange Show” charityFriday the 17th:
-No appearances by the Truck (Unless, you need them for anything) . PARK AT ART CAR BALL 2334 Gulf Terminal Dr, Houston, TX 77023
-Orange show that evening (The Team plus the VP of Foodservice will be attending)

Saturday the 18th:  DETAILS ON LINE UP WILL COME WITH YOUR DRIVER PACKET – WHERE SHOULD WE MAIL THAT ?
-Parade

Sunday the 19th:   AWARDS CEREMONY – SMITHER PARK BUT THAT IS MORE OF AN ARTISTS ONLY EVENT

Parking would be impossible on that street though.
