| We are a non-profit organization and we are planning our annual fundraiser events. One of our main ideas is a “Potato Day” based around your Potato Truck. We would like to have this event on a Saturday during the month of November. We believe we can draw people from Metro Oklahoma City, OK and throughout Oklahoma. We will sell loaded baked potatoes, and other tasty potato dishes. We plan to have family oriented events such as potato races, a fun run, etc along with presenting the nutritional value of the potato. We also planned to have local entertainment throughout the day. We believe your potato truck will be instrumental in the success of this event. The proceeds from this event will be used by our charity organization to serve the many deserving children with a wide variety of needs across Oklahoma during the coming Christmas Season and our general budget.
